Big Two Tennis Shoes

When babies approach their big 2 it's too cute how many more words they can say. Some of my favorites.. There's too many.

"Look at me Mommy." She said this as she was cupping my face! I guess i was not listening to her and she wanted my attention :) My jaw dropped!

We would hear "Bless you" after we sneeze.

"Bon apetit" to Kitty Carmine after his feeding. I taught her that!

"I need more toys" was said when she was bored!

"I need money" was said when she wanted coins from my purse. .. Don't we all??

Too tired!!

Yesterday, Sophia decided not to sleep during her usual nap time (12:45-2:45 pm). She was happily playing in her crib and Simon ended up snoozing himself :). Around 4 pm, while playing, her body couldn't take it anymore and she ended up falling asleep on the carpet!!

A pound a month?

Sophia is 24.6 pounds now and at 23 months old! That's almost a pound a month!!! She's got the Tran eating gene!

Today she ran a fever of 104 degrees and tested positive for strep, but after the doctors visit she still had the energy to "clean". That's a Cooper gene!! :)

Hair cut at Sharkey's

Over Mother's Day 2010 weekend Sophia got her hair trimmed. When she first got there she didn't want to have anything to do with sitting down by herself. She ended up sitting in my lap which worked out just fine.

We just asked for a small trim so they only charged $8 for a baby cut.

Of course, after the hair cut she warmed up and wanted to checkout all of the cool seats and didn't want to go home!!! Classic toddler :) the older kids even have access to game stations!

Luckily Sophia happily walked away with a balloon.

Sharkeys is a franchise. They also serve adults and host parties for kids! Great place!

Sushi anyone!!?!

A few weeks back, we took Ms. Sophia out for Japanese food. She enjoyed the Spider Roll!!!!

23 months Mothers Day 2010

Sophia joined Aunt Le and Aunt Cindy at the salon. We were there for Cindys wedding hair trial run. The weather was great! Later that day, Sophia played with water and food coloring. We eventually went two two parks- before and after dinner!!

22.5 months

Here is Ms. Sophia enjoying another day at the park. We try and find new parks all around the Frisco area.

Big Sis!!

Sophia gets to be a Big Sis in December!
Today I am 7 weeks and 3 days along. We will get to welcome minicoop2 by December 7th. Currently, Minicoop is a size of a shelled peanut.
