I find myself doing a lot of research on creative ways to give minicoop healthy recipes. My goal is to share the wealth and goodies and pay it forward! For breakfast Sophia loves eating:
Yobaby Stoneyfield yogurt.
Cheerios
Warm milk
Whole grain waffles
Pancakes - Flaxseeds can be added which makes them have a nutty texture
Scrambled eggs with shredded cheese
She always drink milk for breakfast and lunch.
After she accepted whole milk, we slowly allowed her to have diluted juice only at her snack time.
In between her sit down meals, she loves drinking water.
